VOCA CASES
We have recently gotten quite a few inquiries about VOCA cases, the VOCA report, and gaps in VOCA-specific data. To help you identify cases which SHOULD be set as VOCA in the grant field in the case details workflow, but are not, we have added a new option to the VOCA worksheet. The new button is labeled, ‘Find Active Cases NOT set as VOCA’. To access this option, you may either run the VOCA report, then navigate to the VOCA Worksheet on the top of the report, or go to the Quick Counts screen in reports and click on the VOCA Worksheet.
*Note: If your agency does not receive VOCA funding (or you have cases which fall under other grant types) this new option will not pertain to you or those other grant designations.
NCASA/GAL SURVEYS
Our CasaManager team works closely with the NCASA/GAL data team to ensure that we have the most current surveys for our customers in our software. Due to some changes in how National wants some data around placements captured, we have added four new checkboxes to the placements screen. By checking the boxes, you will be able to accurately reflect this data on your reports. *(See questions 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3 on the 6-month survey).
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our CasaManager team.
