NEW FEATURES
- Merged Performance Report & QuickCounts – The Performance Report has been merged together with the QuickCounts, creating a single report with all the existing data points from both reports
- Expanded QuickCounts Targets – You can now create targets/goals for any date range, not just the current fiscal year. Simply set the start and end dates in QuickCounts, and click the target to edit. Targets also take into account the selected county, grant and program filters, allowing you to have specific targets for specific counties or grants.
- Pin Volunteer Note – You now have the ability to pin a volunteer note, which makes it stay at the top of the list of notes for easy access. Simply click the new dot menu at the far-right of the note, and click Pin Note. ** We plan to expand this pin functionality to other lists in CM, such as documents and case notes, in the next update.
- Support Ticket CC Field – You can now add other email addresses to a support ticket using the new CC field.
- NCASA 6 Month Report Updated – The NCASA 6 Month Report has been updated ( no changes from last report, per NCASA )
- Filter Case Notes by Type – We added a checkbox filter for case notes, so you can filter this list for child or family notes.

- Restored the Clear Father Info button when adding a case
- Fixed record lock errors when navigating school attendance
- Fixed purple formatting bug in Parents tab, military fields
- Fixed issue with Time Picker removing selected times when closing window
