Casework:

We’ve simplified the casework functions to make navigating to those areas much easier and more intuitive. We’ve moved ‘Prior Advs/Profs’ from its own sub-navigation button to Case Overview. We’ve reseated Case Overview from its previous location in Case Tasks to the second sub-navigation position under the Casework main navigation.

Data Review Dashboard:

You asked; we listened! We’ve added a date range option to the DRD! You can now constrain your DRD data to whatever date range you’d like!

Missing Tasks Worksheet:

We know that oftentimes, it’s hard to keep track of what your advocates have or have not done to fulfill their case requirements. To that issue, we’ve created a Missing Tasks Worksheet, which allows you to enter a date range and a single task or list of tasks which have NOT been completed by the volunteers. You may then email the volunteers to remind them to complete those tasks. This could be a home visit, monthly supervision, etc. You can even create templates!

Reports:

We’ve not only refreshed the reports wizard screen, but we also added enumerated steps to show you which step you are on to run any report. We’ve moved the date range fields and other optional fields from the left to the right, freeing up space to give it a much cleaner look.

Volunteer List View:

If you’ve been using the volunteer list view in CasaManager for quite some time, you’ll recall how much data was on the list view and how far right you had to scroll to see the remaining data fields. Well, we’ve remodeled that navigation and have created four sort options from which to choose. The sorted list views contain all of the data previously displayed in one list, but YOU choose which data you want to see.
