This month, your NCASA/GAL 6-month survey is due. Practice running that report now so that you leave yourself enough time to find and fix data before the due date. How do you find and fix data? Use your Data Wizard! It’s the big, blue button just above your ‘Run Report’ button. We show you any records which have missing or non-compliant data and you can fix your issues right on the screen.
Many of you also have a VOCA report due soon. Start your report run through now so that you know where to find that report, where the data is being mined from, and how to find and fix any missing or non-compliant data. One of the most common SOS requests I receive around the VOCA report is that the kids are missing. That’s because you must first flag those kids as VOCA in Case Detail in the field for Grant. Once you run that report and feel that data is off, run the VOCA Wizard (it’s the big, blue button just above your ‘Run Report’ button), and you’ll be shown a list of records with missing and/or non-compliant data. Fix your data and rerun your report.
