I have noticed that many users across our user base are not aware of some very important and time-saving workflows in CasaManager so you reach out to us (as you should) for help with simple tasks. Much of this is due to staff turnover and incoming staff not being sent to me for training. Others are veteran staff who just don’t get in frequently enough to gain that muscle memory.
In this refresher session, we will review core workflows for users who are partially-proficient to proficient. To refresh your memory, feel free to bring your questions to the session. You might ask questions like, “How do I…?”, “Where can I find…?”, “I can’t figure out how to…”, “Which report do I need to get…?”, “What does this mean…?”, etc.
You will also be reminded of other time-saving workflows which you either forgot about or weren’t aware of.  These workflows are crucial to improving your skill set and reducing cycle time.
