What’s the Problem?
We field tech support requests from customers who get a message that “You Have Exceeded Your License Count” and you know for sure that you have not done so.
Simply quitting your web browser will not log you out of CasaManager. This just closes your browser, so CasaManager remains open and thinks you are occupying a license seat. Thus, when you try to log back in from another browser session, you will get a message that you have exceeded the number of licenses.
Here’s the Solution!
To properly log out of CasaManager, which ends an active session and user license, do the following:
- Open your action menu on the left side of your screen (the square box with three smaller, horizontal boxes). You can open the action menu from any screen;
- Choose the “Log Off” button on the bottom in the blue banner. This is the circular button on the far right;
- Once you do that, you are properly logged out of CasaManager!
