As we move full-swing into summer and staff plan to take vacations, the Webinar schedule is being adjusted to reflect that.
Taking into account the various user questions we receive, we will be recording 15-minute burst trainings beginning the week of June 24, 2019. No registrations will be open for these short segments, but each one will be available on the training channel. We will be notifying users in CM News! when a new recording is uploaded.
Some examples of a burst training will include but may not be limited to:
- Using the Outreach module to collect your recruitment campaigns and their effectiveness
- How to assign a Red/Advocate
- Why you can’t assign a Green/Trainee or a Green/Info
- How to run anniversary reports on volunteers who are up for renewals
- How to leverage the volunteer birthday report for recognition and retention
- The descriptions of the case statuses
- Which fields are necessary to complete
- How to customize value lists
- How to create custom forms and letters
- How to use the Child Picker
Please let us know if you have a specific topic on which you need more guidance and we will create a burst training for that.
