Help!
If you’re in need of help, try our online Help Documents. On the home page, you’ll find general topics to help you get started, and at the bottom you’ll see links to resources such as the video library, training schedule and tech support. On the left side of every page, you’ll find a table of contents, through which you can navigate to access different topics. By clicking on the small arrow to the left of a topic, you will expand that topic to see different pages that fall under it. When you click on a page, the text for that page will appear on the right side of the screen.
If you would prefer to access topics by finding them in the index, you can toggle between the table of contents view and index view by using the buttons at the bottom left of the screen.
In the text, along with the images and explanations, you will sometimes find video tutorials. Click those links to be taken to the video, and when you are done watching the video, click the back button on your browser to go back to the help documents.
There is a section called CasaManager16 Video Library, where you will find all videos – those that are not in with the other sections of text, plus those that are. If you are only looking for a video, the Video Library should be your first stop.
