National Child Abuse Awareness Month and National Volunteer Recognition week are a great time for the CasaManager staff to recognize the dedicated community volunteers for their selfless acts of service to abused and neglected children. We stand in awe of the resilience of the child-victims and recognize that without CASA volunteer advocates speaking up on behalf of these children, they might remain in the cycle of family violence.
We wish the children well and we honor the work of ordinary community citizens who perform extraordinary work.
