NEW FEATURES & UPDATES
– Access Peer Coordinator Cases in the volunteer portal – You can now view your active Peer Coordinator cases in the volunteer portal. To make a volunteer a peer coordinator, check the Peer Coordinator box on the Volunteer Detail screen. You can then set a volunteer as a peer coordinator on a case by selecting their name in the drop-down list in the PeerC ID field on the Case Detail screen ( beneath the supervisor ID field )
– Updated value list editor dialog – The dialog that comes up when a user selects ~Edit Value List has been updated and simplified
– New Report Flags & Alerts – Flags have been added for new reports added to the Report Menu. These new reports will float to the top of the list for easy access. We’ve also added an alert for existing reports, that show up orange above the Run Report button. This will allow CM to alert users when reports have been changed or will be deprecated.
– Added export button to the Caseload – Previously there was no ability to export case data from the Caseload. The export function has been added to this layout.
– Added the Volunteer References list to the Webform Data tab – We’ve made the volunteer references easier to access along with the applications. They are both shown in the Webform Data tab. They have not been removed from their previous location and are still viewable from the Volunteer Screening tab.
– Added date range checkboxes for services & notes in Mix & Match find screens – We’ve added checkboxes on the Services and Notes Mix & Match find screens to allow users to easily find notes and services in the date range ( rather than manually entering the date range in the date fields ).
– Added fingerprint fields to the Staff training screen – Training fields for fingerprints have been added to the Staff training tab
– Revealed Casework Misc. Date fields 5-10 – There were previously only 5 misc. date fields available for Casework. We have expanded that to 10.
BUG FIXES
– Send Reference Request & characters in agency name – Certain characters in the Agency Name could potentially cause errors in the send email scripts. These have been substituted out in the email routines.
– Fixed sort issues with the Hours combo report – Altered sorts in the menu and expanded the sub summary parts to accommodate more sort options.
– Added multiple fields to export options, including Volunteer interview dates and Placement fields –
– Added the criminal offense portal to the Casework Mix & Match find screen –
– Case Close task and Professionals Disappearing after resigning – Previously, once a user added a date end for a professional when closing a case, that professional assignment disappeared from view. We are now keeping all those professional assignments in view during the case close process
– Share a professional by case name bug fixed – When using the professional assignment sharing option, finding children by case name wasn’t always working.
– Un-archive a volunteer record if a new application is submitted – Previously, if an application was submitted for an archived volunteer, users still could not find that volunteer to process unless they unarchived them. Now, any time an application is submitted for a volunteer that is archived, they get unarchived for easy access
