NEW FEATURES & UPDATES
– CasaManager Support Tickets – We now have a unified, robust support ticket system. From any of the main screens in CasaManager, simply click the Help button at the top-right, select “New Support Ticket”, and complete the form.
*** Please Note: this new support ticket system should be used for ALL support correspondence with CasaManager team members. This will ensure prompt support and reliable communication on bug fixes and custom projects
– Filterable Case Notes List – Child and Family notes are shown in a single list, and you can now filter the case note list, similar to changes to the documents lists.
– 2025 NCASA Annual Survey Bug Fixes – Fixed several bugs in the annual survey, including the child age range breakdowns and multiple labels showing 2024 instead of 2025.
– ECM Project for CA agencies – Continued development for CA ECM
– QuickCounts Updated – The QuickCounts have been updated, including breakdown of total volunteers ( active and available ).
– Customize / Value List – The Admin Value List layout has been simplified with fewer options for restricting data entry, and bug fix for finding value lists.
– Board Member Report Deprecated – The List: Board Members report has been merged with the List: Volunteer Address report.
– Volunteer Portal Updates – The main desktop layouts have been optimized for desktop vs. tablet. Custom Healthy Futures project added.
