Duplicate records cause statistics to be inflated. Get in the habit of checking for duplicates on a regular basis. In the Family, Child and Volunteer modules there is a button called “Find Dupes”. If duplicates are found, you’ll need to merge the data before deleting the duplicate record. Here are a collection of videos that help you merge data.
