At CasaManager we are constantly looking for ways to improve our Customers’ experience and add flexibilty and functionality to CasaManager and CasaConnect.
Introducing CasaReporter 15.2
Over the next two months we will be systematically replacing your current CasaReporter file which is responsible for downloading those important hours and notes and uploading report data to CasaConnect.
Benefits are:
- No more waiting for CasaReporter to download or upload – When you open CasaManager you will immediately be able to get to work. CasaReporter will now be run silently in the background with the speed of FileMaker Server.
- No more date limitations – All data is available to Agency or State – Previously the State Association had to enter a date range for the data they wanted and then had to wait until all their agencies uploaded data in that date range. Now all data needed for reporting purposes will be uploaded to CasaConnect when it is first activated (this will be done for you after hours) and only changes made to the data will be uploaded. This means instead of uploading hundreds and in some cases, thousands of records, you will only be uploading data that has changed.
- CasaConnect reports are now available for ANY data range of data since its all stored in the cloud. CC reports are available 24/7 from any internet device.
