Great to see you everyone!

We are thankful and overwhelmed with the amount of traffic that we had at our booth! It was super energizing to meet new customers who stopped by the booth for a demo as they expressed serious interest in moving to CasaManager!

We want to acknowledge all the staff and volunteers who attended the conference. It was so exciting to put names to faces of our current customers and reacquaint ourselves with those we have met before. Thank you for all of your dedicated efforts on behalf of children in your communities. For those of you who could not attend, perhaps we’ll meet in Washington, D.C. next year.

We know it was a busy four days, but we remained on site and connected up until the very end. We wanted to be available for any and all who had not yet had an opportunity to stop by between sessions.

NEW & ENHANCED!

  • NEW! CasaConnect for volunteers is now free! No charges to the volunteers, no charges to the agency, volunteers are not included in your license count that you pay for, and volunteers are not required to use the service.
  • NEW! Data Review Dashboard allows you to easily find and fix gaps in your data by performing 80+ tests across key modules, which returns perfect and imperfect data.
  • NEW! SuperSearch! allows you to search across several modules from one point of entry, and returns a list of records from the criteria that you entered.
  • NEW! Clickable counts allows you to drill down to the records shown on the National CASA Annual Survey, 6-Month Survey, VOCA Report, and Program Stats Report. 
  • ENHANCED! Hours entry, notes entry, placement entry, education entry, and outreach/recruitment entry.

REMINDERS!

  • In CasaManager, you can easily export lists and reports to MS Excel, email directly from the database, and build your own custom forms and letters. 
  • We also have an integrated Help Guide that tracks where you are in CasaManager and opens the help page that you need based on where you landed. 
  • There is also calendar integration for court hearings and reminders, which eliminates the need for you to navigate away to manually add those events to your calendar.
  • For those who need to capture more information than the standard, we have multiple miscellaneous fields available, which you may customize to your needs.
  • If our nomenclature doesn’t match your agency’s needs or your court’s language, you have total control over customizing those drop-down lists.
  • If you don’t need to use certain modules, you can simply turn them off to customize your user interface. You can also change how you enter and edit information by changing from tab function to scroll function.
  • Need a custom report? Just build your own with the Custom Report builder!
  • Also, remember that we facilitate free, weekly Webinars for our customers to help you build your skill set, comfort, and speed. Additionally, any time you need one-on-one training, we are more than happy to provide that at no additional charge!
