An update was uploaded for all CasaManager 16 customers hosted on cmCloud. Below is a list of any new features, customer feature requests, as well as any new videos related to this release:

- New Feature – Pick and Post feature added to the New Professionals button
- New Feature – Casework > Added Referred by and referred name to the Custom field label library
- Feature Request – Ability to add events from CasaManager to Google Calendar
- Feature Request – Ability to set a preference of which Hearings are default – child or family
- Feature Request – Agency > Zips – Added back District fields to the Zip Code List
- New Help/video – How to Reassign Supervisor on multiple children
- New Help/video – How to use the online manual
- Casework > Case Detail > Hearings tab – Fix tab order on all panels
- Inservice > Inservice Workshop detail – found set is now saved when going to List view
- Inservice > Add attendee to workshop includes identifier for Staff or Volunteer individuals
- Volunteer > Trainee List – Changed field to check boxes to keep staff from entering incorrect data
- Volunteer > County field now pops down values based on the Zip code list
- Volunteer > Training – Pre-Service Training – Corrected an issue where the number in “Click to View” was incorrect.
- Reports > Trainee > Screening Check list – added dates for each check box
- Reports > Court Hearing Summary totals now correctly displayed
- Reports > Volunteer > Anniversary All background check list – was showing too many records
