- Bug Fix: Hearing Notification Letter
Some data, under some circumstances, was showing for older cases / assignments on this notification letter.
- Tab orders cleaned up
Tab orders throughout the system have been cleaned up and made more consistent
- Audit log from Agency screens shows changes to staff presets
When you view the Audit Log from any Agency screen, you will be shown a list of staff preset changes. This should help users identify when changes are made to staff presets and the user who made them.
- Bug Fix: Dashboard Birthday widget omits staff who have left agency
The dashboard birthday widget was including staff who had left the agency
- Bug Fix: Delete documents for Inservice / Outreach
There was an intermittent bug when deleting documents that prevent the doc from being deleted, this has been addressed
- Bug Fix: Buttons on dialog screens
On multiple dialog windows for smaller screens or zoom states, save and cancel buttons at the bottom were not visible. This has been addressed for many dialogs, please alert us if any more remain.
- New Feature: Download document from document dialog
You can now download a document directly from the dialog upload / edit screen
- New Volunteer Portal Preference: Edit professional assignment data ( start and end dates )
We have added a new Volunteer Portal preference to allow volunteers the ability to to edit start and end dates for professional assignments. By default this is turned off, so no changes will be made for volunteers unless you enable this in the Agency Preferences.
- New Feature: Custom Agency Links ( set in Customize / WebForm links, these links show up in the Help menu )
You can now add up to 10 custom links, that are available from the Help menu for all users. Perhaps you have a custom training or CM guide, or want to give staff easy access to a login portal for your agency website. Simply add that URL to the Customize / WebformLinks tab, and that link will show up in the Help menu from any screen in CasaManager.
- New Feature: Add tag for found set
You can now add tags for an entire found set! This new option is available from all Tags tabs. **Note: There is a default limit of 50 found set records. This means this option will not be visible if your found set is over 50 records. This limit was built in to prevent data from accidentally being entered for your entire set of table data. However, you can increase this limit in Agency Preferences.
- New Feature: Filter Caseload by active advocate
We’ve added another filter on the Caseload screen, to allow you to filter that list of cases by active advocate. This is a manual type field, simply enter the name ( first or last ) of the advocate ( staff or volunteer ) to filter the list.
- New Feature: Manually add Volunteer Reference
We’ve added the ability to add / edit a volunteer reference. You cannot add or edit the responses from references, but you can include a reference for a volunteer that wasn’t included in the original application.
