New hours tab created! You can now view all hours for a child ( volunteer and staff hours, regardless of date entered ). Text has also been added to clarify that the volunteer and staff hours tabs display hours for the date range for the referral.

We’ve resolved an issue where the portal was referencing an incorrect field for calculating total staff hours. This has been corrected to ensure accurate reporting.

New personal pref: Assigned value list in Find mode. Ever wonder why, when in find mode or performing a Mix & Match find, the value lists for fields look different? This is because when finding records, the value lists are populated by all the unique values ever entered into that field. This is helpful for data cleanup, so you can see all the entries made in a field, find the errant entries, and clean them up. However, some users aren’t cleaning up data and just want to see the assigned value list for the field. Simply set this new personal preference to Yes, and you will see the normal, assigned value lists for fields when you are in Find mode.

Recurring Reminders! You now have the ability to set a reminder as recurring. Simply check the box to make a reminder recurring, and enter your preferences in the dialog. You an also make an existing reminder recurring by using the Make Recurring button above the reminder text in the Reminder viewer. Check it out today and simplify your work by using recurring reminders.

Volunteer Portal Update!

Placement Type and Subtype fields: These fields will now use the value lists from CasaManager, for quicker and more consistent data entry.

School Picker added! You can now scroll a list of schools to select when adding a school attendance record for a child, rather than clicking through the list on the field.
