  • 0003651: [Reports] Added Date Opened to DRD Check for Empty Grant Date (kevinl)

    Date Opened has been added to the DRD check for Empty Grant Date. Now, when fixing data for missing grant dates on the Data Review Dashboard, you have easy access to the date the case was opened.

  • 0003652: [Agency] Inadvertent assignment of staff to presets (kevinl)

    A confirmation dialog has been added when assigning staff to presets. This will hopefully reduce the incidence of inadvertently assigning staff to a preset, which can cause navigation options and tabs to become unavailable.

  • 0003653: [Professionals] De-Dupe process for professionals (kevinl)

    Merge Duplicate Professionals: Now you can find and merge duplicate professional records in CasaManager. Simply use the Action Menu item to find duplicate professionals based on name. Select the record to keep and the record to merge, and run the process. All child and parent attorney assignments, documents and professional tags are moved, and you are given the option to remove the now-empty, duplicate professional record.

    Volunteer email address was added to the dialog when adding a volunteer to the system from the outreach attendee picker.

  • 0003656: [General] Remnant preset preference record causes dashboard setting to not behave (jeffh)

    We’ve identified an issue with the user interface where a previously assigned Preset preference would remain active even after the user had been unassigned. This caused inconsistencies on the dashboard. This has been fixed.

  • 0003657: [Reports] Missing Tasks Worksheet from Volunteers (kevinl)

    Missing tasks worksheet is now available from volunteers! Using the View As menu, you can find a set of volunteers ( maybe it’s all your active supervised volunteers ), and select the Missing Task Worksheet in the View As menu to view all the active cases for those volunteers, and evaluate if there are any missing tasks ( hours with activity ) in a date range.

    Following user feedback, we’ve added a new toggle that allows supervisors to view results filtered to their assigned events. This enhancement aims to provide a more streamlined and focused experience on the dashboard.

  • 0003660: [Family] Update process to add other person to family (kevinl)

    Add other person to family has been updated! You now can easily add another person to a family in a dialog, rather than in the list. You also now have the ability to cancel the process without creating a blank other person record.

  • 0003661: [Casework] Export Documents (kevinl)

    Export Document Info: Now you can export data for documents! The document itself cannot be exported but all data related to documents, including dates, types and entities labels, can now be exported.

  • 0003662: [Reports] NCASA / GAL 6 Month Report Updated for Jan-June 2025 (kevinl)

    NCASA / GAL 6 Month Survey has been updated for January – June 2025! Per NCASA, there have been no changes to the data gathered for the 6 month report. You can find the Jan-Jun 2025 6 month report in CasaManager in the National Reports section of the reports menu. Select the report, set your date range, run the Wizard to check and fix and data issues, and complete the 6 month report with the click of a button.

  • 0003663: [Inservice] Duplicate Inservice / Outreach (kevinl)

    Duplicate your Workshops and Outreach events! Save time creating recurring inservices / workshops and outreach events by duplicating existing events. Find the workshop or outreachyou want to set as recurring, and use the Action Menu to duplicate the event. You can either set an interval ( 1, 2 or 4 weeks ) and a start / stop date, or enter the dates for the future events manually. Confirm the process and voila!

  • 0003664: [Facility] Create Facility Merge Routine (kevinl)

    New Feature: Merge Duplicate Facilities! There is a new Action Menu option to find duplicate facilities. Once you are looking at a list of possible duplicates, on the far-right of the Facility List are checkboxes to select the merge and keep facilities. Simply select which facilities you wish to merge and which you wish to keep, check the facility info, and merge. All placements for children in the selected facilities will be moved to the facility you selected to keep, and the duplicate facilities deleted. Try it today to keep your facilities list clean and concise!

Volunteer Portal Update!

  • 0003620: [Casework] New Note and incorrect case ID and supervisor ID (kevinl)

    Fixed bug for new notes for children with multiple referrals, that would get the older case ID and supervisor ID for the new note.

  • 0003623: [Casework] Return to Professionals Tab when Assigning Professional (kevinl)

    When adding a new child to a family, and selecting a professional to assign, the user is now returned back to the professionals tab, rather than defaulting to the referral info tab.

  • 0003665: [Casework] Next Hearing Not Updating (kevinl)

    Bug Fix: Missing next hearing for some hearings created in the volunteer portal.

  • 0003668: [General] Closed family names appear in Hours list when Agency enables the Hide property. (jeffh)

    Hide Closed Cases Fix – We’ve resolved an issue where closed families were still displayed in the selection object when the “Hide Closed Cases” option was enabled. This has been fixed, ensuring only active cases are shown when the setting is turned on.
