CasaManager Issues Updated

  • 0003557: [General] Updated List Views (kevinl)

We’ve refreshed the list views throughout the system, giving them a cleaner, more consistent look and feel. Not only does this improve the user experience, but cleaning up the underlying code also makes these screens render faster.

You can now easily sort any list by clicking on the column headers, making it simpler to find exactly what you need.

For Volunteers, we’ve streamlined the experience even further. The Volunteer List view has been split into four separate views, each tailored to different types of relevant information. For example, volunteer demographics now have their own dedicated list view, allowing for quicker load times and smoother navigation.

To access different types of volunteer data, simply use the “Change List View” filter located near the top-left of the list. This makes it faster and more intuitive to find and manage the information you need.

  • 0003556: [General] Updated Quickfind Menu & Saved Found Sets (kevinl)

We’ve made some exciting improvements to the Quickfind menu. You can now filter Quickfind results based on your location in the system, whether it’s Casework, Volunteers, or other sections, giving you more control over your searches.

In addition, we’ve introduced Your Found Sets to the menu. A found set is a collection of records that you may need to access frequently – for example, children served within a specific date range or volunteers trained in a particular quarter. Once you’ve found the records you need, simply save the set to the Quickfind menu for future use.

This means you can quickly access those saved sets from anywhere within the system, with just a click. Whether you’re revisiting records or keeping tabs on ongoing cases or training, the power of saved found sets is now at your fingertips!

To improve user accessibility and streamline navigation, the Case Overview screen has been integrated with the Prior Adv / Profs tab in the blue navigation bar. This merge not only makes the data and functions more accessible but also allows users to hide the Case Overview tab from the navigation if they choose. This enhancement simplifies the user experience, offering more customization and easier access to critical information.
