We have received a tremendous response to our CasaManager 16 announcement this week. Many of the emails and phone calls we’re receiving ask, “How can I get the new version?”

The following Q & A should address many of your questions:

Question: What is a CasaManager Subscription and what does it include?
Answer: CasaManager Subscription was introduced in November, 2016. The subscription includes:

  • All CasaManager upgrades when they become available.
  • Secure cmCloud Hosting.
  • Unlimited Technical Support and Training.

Question: I don’t know if my agency is on subscription. How can I tell?
Answer: Contact our office for more info.

Question: What is “legacy” license status?
Answer: Legacy refers to our previous CasaManager licensing program. Legacy licensees pay for upgrades, hosting and technical support separately. CasaManager Subscription includes all of these, but at a lower price.

Question: How do I schedule our migration to CasaManager 16?
Answer: To manage the process, we will be sending an email to your Executive Director or technical contact at your agency that includes a link to the scheduling tool by the end of next week.

Question: We’re very excited and have scheduled our migration. How can I see a demo of the new version?
Answer: The migration confirmation message will include video links and information on the new version. We will also schedule a CasaManager 16 webinar to provide all of our current users with an overview of the new features. More on this soon.
