An update was uploaded for all CasaManager 16 customers hosted on cmCloud. Below is a list of any new features, customer feature requests, as well as any new videos related to this release:

New Feature
– Reports > Mix and Match > Hours > Staff & Vol Advocate Hours summary report – This new report allows the user to search for hours tracked for both Staff and Volunteers in the Mix and Match screen and then display the results for both on one report called Staff & Volunteer Hours

– Allow notes to be added to “Closed” Casework records
Other Enhancements
– Child > Child List > More fields added to export
– Added a test to the Add Attendee button which will ensure that all the required fields (date, hours, topic) are entered before adding attendees.
– Add sort button to the Training Sign-in Roster that sorts by volunteer last name
– Volunteer > Vol Details > CasaConnect Registration email updated
Fixed issues
– Fixed an issue on the Quick Counts screen which was incorrectly counting Volunteers when run using the county option.
– VOCA Report: Section 3. Fixed an error in the count of services provided.
– Child > Child Details > All field labels are now visible when in Search mode (they don’t know the FM term “find mode”
– Case Tasks > Documents – Advocate Evaluation Form added back
– Family > Wrong Mom screen – formatting was changed to display correctly.
