An update was uploaded for all CasaManager 16 customers hosted on cmCloud. Below is a list of any new features, customer feature requests, as well as any new videos related to this release:

New Feature

Reports
– Added a sub-summary total to the date range for Child or Family Visitation Report
– Added inclusion of Title IV-E totals on Staff Training Report
Feature Requests
– Changed father info from being a required field by default into a user optional requirement
– Added back the ability to add missing referral information into an existing Child’s record
– Added Title IV-E field to Staff Training screens
– Added Status Selector to Staff Hours screen to help user select the correct pop-down list of Case names
Other Enhancements
– Added selected row highlighting to the Airplane Logo Change Log
– Moved the Hrs, Miles, Contacts, Visits fields closer to the Type of case hours fields to allow for easier data entry.
– Moved the Hrs, Miles, fields closer to the Non-Case hour field to allow for easier data entry.
Fixed issues
– Child record couldn’t be deleted
– Non-supervisor staff were being included in the new Pick and Post feature to reassign Supervisors
– When running the VOCA report, services by county was not tabulating.
