CasaManager Update!

  • Documents Upgrades
    • UPLOAD MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS – You can now drag-drop multiple documents to upload at one time, as well as drag-drop an entire folder of documents for upload.
    • FILTER DOCUMENT LISTS – Click into any column header on the Documents tabs to enter filter criteria.  You can filter by date, document type, title, etc.  No more endless scrolling to find the document you want.  Simply filter for the documents to view / edit.
    • SAVE SESSION – There are instances where you may need to upload dozens of documents for a case.  This can be time consuming!  Now, you can Save Session For Later to save your progress and return to finish the upload later.  Simply click the Save for Later button in the document upload window, give your session a name, and when you return to upload documents for that same case / volunteer, you will see your session to restore.
  • Volunteer Portal Documents and Preferences
    • You can now select which document types you want available for your volunteers to view and upload.  Look for this preference in the Agency Preferences / Volunteer Portal / My Cases tab.
  • Volunteer Application PDF Creation Bug
    • Bug Fix: PDF creation of new volunteer applications is now fixed.
  • Two-Factor Authentication
    • You can now enable 2FA for CasaManager staff logins.  A new Security tab in Agency Preferences allows you to enable this feature.  When enabled, staff will be prompted to enter a code that is texted to their phone number listed in CasaManager before being allowed to log in.
  • Training Cohort Picker
    • We have added a Training Cohort ( training quarter ) picker for volunteer pre-service trainings.  Similar to other pickers in the system, you can search for and add training cohorts and select them for pre-service training records.
  • Data Review Dashboard added to Site Map
  • Volunteer / Staff Picker for Speakers
    • We have added a volunteer and staff picker for speakers for outreach events
