I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the errors in this week’s email and web content affecting to CasaManager, MentorManager, and Visitation Manager.

Over the past weekend, we undertook a migration of our main website and email services to a new hosting provider. While such a transition should typically not result in any issues with CasaManager, MentorManager, and Visitation Manager, unfortunately, it did this time. Several users reported encountering blank Terms of Service dialogs, empty CM News, and sporadic email errors. These problems arose during the migration process.

None of these error affected any the data entry or reporting functions.

I am pleased to inform you that all of these issues have been fully resolved with the latest release, which occurred on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
