An update was uploaded for all CasaManager 16 customers hosted on cmCloud. Below is a list of any new features, customer feature requests, as well as any new videos related to this release:

Reports
- Added a sub-summary total to the Trainee How Heard List when sorted by “How Heard”
- Ensured that JC Report 2 goes to PDF and is available for printing
- Added custom headings to Basic Training Sign In list
- Added custom headings to Screening Check List
Feature Requests
- Added the Social Worker name to the Active Case report
- New report called “Permanency Planning Timeline” can be found under Casework
- Added ability to Export Re-abuse and Petitions data
- Added new agency preference to set which hearing tab should appear first, Child or Family
- Added ability to email volunteer letters to the found set instead of just one at a time
Other Enhancements
- Added Region field to the Add Placement Dialogue box
- Added a new preference to Show/Hide Hearings and Notes sub-tabs
- Added ability for the staff member to change their own password (no longer needs Admin help)
- Added the ability for Staff to reassign one or many cases from Supervisor to another in the Staff module.
Fixed issues
- Exporting Hearing data was only exporting one record, not the found set.
- Corrected the sort order on the Case List for the Petition column
- Changed the page / print orientation from landscape to portrait on the volunteer Demographic Survey
