I have received requests for help from a number of NEW staff who have never gotten training on CasaManager. 

The CasaManager team must be notified when you have a staff change in your agency. Our internal customer database is not connected to your live CasaManager database, so we have no idea when staff have left and when new staff have joined your agency.

The introductory training for NEW staff only is scheduled for Thursday, April 4, 2024, at:

09:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time)

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Mountain Time)

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Central Time)

01:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Alaska Time [Anchorage])
